About Us

Good Shepherd Catholic Church is a parish of approximately 500 families in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lexington, Kentucky.  Located on 15 acres in eastern Franklin County, our campus on Shepherd Way includes our church, parish life center, school, gym, and playing fields. 

Good Shepherd has a variety of ministries and faith formation activities for parishioners as well as opportunities for service and outreach to the larger community. We also have an active conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and a Knights of Columbus Council associated with our parish. 

We are a multi-cultural faith community whose mission is to live the teachings of Jesus Christ: love God, love neighbor, make disciples.
