5 Minute PrayerList Item 1
5 Minute Prayer Ministry is a parish-initiated, parish-oriented, parish-based prayer ministry in which teams of trained parishioners pray with fellow parishioners regarding their requests.
Available near the St. Joseph statue in the worship space immediately following the Sun. 9:30am Mass every weekend and after Sat. 4:00pm and Sun. 11:30am Masses on the first weekend of each month.
5 Minute Prayer is also available to visitors at the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry (331 Wallace Ave.) on Saturday mornings.
Purpose of 5 Minute Prayer Ministry
● To give all parishioners a safe, confidential venue within their parish to spontaneously pray for petitions and receive prayer
● To extend God’s loving compassion to others through prayer
● To build up the parish prayer life
● To accomplish scripture’s call to pray with and for one another
● To renew the Church through prayer in the Holy Spirit
● For evangelization
