Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Parish
Welcome to the Good Shepherd Parish!
Our Mission Statement
We are the Faithful of the Roman Catholic community of Good Shepherd Parish, abiding in Frankfort, Kentucky and the surrounding capital city area. As Eucharistic people, our vocation is holiness, and our mission is to evangelize by reflecting God's love toward others, both within and beyond our parish. We live out this call to action through the Sacraments, prayer, God's Word, Sacred Tradition, God's sense of justice, and care for God's creation. We are committed to the education and faith formation of our children, youth, and adults, while also ministering to the spiritual and material needs of our greater community. We aspire to be a parish family, rich in diversity, where all members seek to be more fully engaged through the stewardship of our abilities, blessings and gifts. Together we work toward the common goal of living and spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.
